花禮訂購須知

▸花禮設計為全手工製作，每隻花材的姿態也不同，成品不會與照片一模一樣，每個花禮都是獨一無二

▸花禮尺寸為手工測量誤差範圍3cm以內，也可能因花材的姿態變化做調整

▸鮮花鑑賞期限約3-5天，但花材也會因環境、氣候、溫度等因素而影響其保存天數。

▸花材為季節性商品，若有花材短缺情況，將由花藝師更換適合的花材

▸花禮皆為手工製作，需提前3日下單，若需急單或是大量訂購，請先向客服詢問或直接來電洽詢

▸客製花禮可按喜歡的色系款式去設計，歡迎私訊客服詢問

▸花禮一經販售恕不退換貨 

▸花禮在運送過程中，若有些許掉落狀況屬正常現象。物流運送過程仍存在一些失誤率，會妥善包裝出貨，但若收到商品有非人為之重大毀損，會免費重寄商品貨退款處理

▸物流不保證如期送達，請提前預訂保留到貨彈性時間
